L’Ardita – White Wine

A challenge to the canons, an act of respect toward what the grapes tell

Grapevine	100% Favorita.
Vineyards	Year of planting 1991, on soil rich in minerals and organic matter facing west in the commune of Serralunga; Guyot training system.
Harvest	Manual, with selection of grapes arranged in perforated boxes. The harvest period depends on the phenolic ripeness of the cluster and the climate.
Vinification	Maceration with skins for 10 days with daily pumping over and punching down; brief bottle aging.
Taste	It has a golden yellow color and sweet and delicate fruity hints of peach and banana; the taste is full and assertive, an unusual richness of body makes it long and persistent with sweet and delicate aftertaste.
